Organisation by business lines
Expertise on a human scale
To better assist its clients, Ineum Consulting has adopted an organisation that makes use of dual expertise in:
- Major business sectors;
- Business functions.
Thus, during projects, sector and function experts work together to better respond to the different complex challenges of our clients.
Despite its strong growth, Ineum Consulting maintains kept its size at a human level. Managers remain on hand for consultants and that they share in their experience on a daily basis.
If you decide to become a consultant with us, this organisation will allow you to develop real expertise both in the methodologies and know-how of consulting and in our clients’ business lines.
If you are a recent graduate, your first year with us will give you the opportunity to get to know and experience some of the sectors and functions, in addition to a solid introduction to the consulting business. You should then have the tools to knowledgeably map your direction. If your studies or internships have already guided you towards a specialty, you can, of course, get right down to work and expand your knowledge.
Sectors
Find the sector that suits you!
Communication & Media, Public Sector, Financial Institutions... Discover the sectors in which Ineum Consulting has developed great expertise. One of them will inevitably appeal to your interests!
Communication & Media

Enter the multimedia age! With the arrival of new technologies, actors in the telecommunications and media sector face new challenges: Internet-fixed-mobile convergence, mobile TV, multichannel uses... It is up to you to design effective strategies to help your clients innovate and make the move to digital.
Consumer Goods and Retail

The consumer distribution market is ultra competitive and there is less and less growth. Help actors in this sector conquer and gain the loyalty of increasingly volatile consumers. You will be asked to optimise cross-business functions and supplier relations.
Energy and Utilities

Globalisation, concentration and deregulation: these are the three main issues in the energy, raw materials and environment sectors. You will have to reinvent new economic models to deal with them.
Real Estate

In recent years, the real estate sector has seen a concentration of actors and its practices modernised. Your role will be to help professional players (low-cost housing agencies, real estate groups, property administrators and dedicated entities of financial institutions) adapt, as well as the State, hospital institutions or industrial companies with a large building inventory.
Manufacturing Industries

Help industrialists profit from globalisation: in addition to the need to help them innovate and find new growth drivers, you will help your clients reduce their time to market and respond to new regulatory requirements.
Financial Institutions (Banks and Insurance)

Bankers and insurers are diving into a real competitive battle in this increasingly regulated sector. Meet the challenges head-on by helping them to conquer and gain the loyalty of increasingly opportunistic and demanding consumers. Accompany them to the end of the world to help them integrate their acquisitions. Provide them with the expertise required to evolve and make their processes and tools compliant with authority and market requirements.
Middle Market

At Ineum Consulting we are convinced that Middle Market companies are the breeding ground of tomorrow’s major groups. You will assist them by proposing answers adapted to their strong growth, finding inspiration from best practices that you will adjust to their specific situation.
Social Welfare Bodies

Social protection agencies face three major transformation issues: running merger projects, modernising operating methods and bolstering the information system’s contribution to their business effectiveness. It is up to you to support their transformation.
Health Care

Help modernise the health care sector by industrialising administrative tasks and urbanising information systems. Another challenge to be taken on in this demanding, changing and highly regulated market is helping various institutions develop effective business strategies to allow them to stand up to competitors!
Public Sector

Help administrations, local authorities and public agencies design, assess, revise and implement public policies. You will also be asked to help them in human resources management or the simplification of administrative procedures.
Sport

Reconcile the beauty of the game and economic issues! Some of the assignments you might find yourself working on include helping sporting federations and professional clubs to define their business and security strategies, coordinating the actions of different public sector and community services or even taking part in the development of communication strategies and partnerships for private companies.
Transportation

Partnership strategies, low cost, security, opening up to competition… Join a rapidly changing sector! Together with your clients, you will build effective business strategies to help them stand out in a competitive world and face up to national and regional issues.
Functions
Become your clients’ key asset!
Enter the business world by assisting your clients in one of these strategic functions.
Strategy

Your mission is to help your clients become or remain the best in their business sectors by identifying the most sustainable and the most tailor-made growth and performance improvement drivers. Your challenge will become even more intense when you have to confirm the operational feasibility of your proposals and work with the teams in place towards initial tangible results.
Marketing, Sales & Services

Faced with growing client volatility, intensified by increasing competition and sometimes saturation of offers, your clients are concerned with making the right marketing investment. For example, you will help them solidify their innovation processes and optimise the use of customer communication budgets. Hand in hand with their sales force you will develop scoring, targeting or management tools that will significantly increase results.
Operations, industrial performance

Contribute to industrial excellence by helping your clients produce "the right product (or right service) at the right time and at the lowest cost": to do that, you will work alongside maintenance, quality, scheduling or flow management to help them optimise processes and streamline tools.
Finance, accounting & cost controlling

Finance teams deal exclusively with the concerns of financial departments. Join them and help chief financial officers transform their organisation, processes and information systems. This will ensure better control and provide management with the tools required to guarantee the reliability of financial information.
Human Resources & Change Management

Take up the challenge of generational change and help your future clients meet the current goals of their employees. You will assist the Human Resources Director in defining a “human resources” and “positive” change management strategy. You will be entrusted with the design and implementation of your client’s HR information system.
Information systems strategy & transformation

Put new technologies to use within a company and make a positive contribution to its business performance. You will assist the ISD by helping to optimise costs and the project portfolio.
Complex Programmes & corporate solutions

In an economic environment where ambition and competitiveness go hand in hand with change, transformation is the new challenge for companies. More and more projects are coming to the surface; as such, comprehensive consistency and coordinated management are essential. You will help your clients to structure and keep their programmes or projects in balance, while staying in line with their culture and objectives.
Financial subsidies

We advise our clients on financial aid and grants to optimise their funding application procedures by maximising existing opportunities, regularly auditing expenses to identify new ones and monitoring proper execution.
Sustainable Development

Ecological imbalances, social and regulatory pressure, rising costs of raw materials… sustainable development must move from theory to practice. You will assist companies in their transformation to sustainable development using a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
