Ineum Consulting presentation with Supaéro students
To help students understand the consulting business and its specificities, Ineum Consulting participated in a debating lunch with 30 third-year students. This workshop allowed our  associates to present their activities to the future graduated and answer their questions through the consultants and partners’ feedbacks

Recruiting event with the Solvay Business School
The Ineum Consulting Brussels office organised the first "Ineum Speed Meeting". The goal of this meeting with students was to introduce them to our firm and answer questions from interested applicants.

Telecom Paris carrousel
Several of our staff members gave presentations to approximately 30 Telecom engineers about career opportunities with Ineum Consulting Paris and New York. The event ended with a cocktail party to discuss and answer questions from students. After the conference, a recruiting carrousel was organised: among the candidates, three interns were recruited for the New York office.

Case Study Workshop at ENPC
To help students get a handle on the case studies used during recruiting, Ineum Consulting organised a workshop for 20 third-year students. The goal was to introduce students to three case studies with the following themes: "Freight transport impact on french economy”, “TV network entering online gambling”and “Redefining a company’s strategy and position in order to increase its value-added”.

Presentation at EM Lyon
In addition to its participation to the round table on consulting business areas organised by EM Lyon, in which 80 students participated. Ineum Consulting presented its Bank and Middle Market activities. Our firm also worked in the educational field in the Master's of Consulting programme on the following topics:
- Case study, writing a business proposal,
- Sector-specific training (Financial Institutions, Distribution).

Cooperation with HEC
Ineum Consulting has been actively cooperating with the HEC campus through various activities:
- Participation in the HEC Innovation Award for the Majeure in Strategic Management. Ineum gave out three awards: Ineum coaching award, Ineum innovation award and the investment award;
- For the past two year, our consultants have been the tutors of CEMS (Community of European Management School) Majeure business projects. This year, three groups of HEC students chose our firm for their final project on the topics: “Trust and satisfaction of the clients towards their banks: overview, stakes, guidelines to progress especially in the financial crisis context”, “Compared Analysis between France and Italy of the main Energy, Banking & Insurance and Luxury firms’ strategies, facing a new economic environment” and “Choosing Ineum’s future international establishment between Singapore and Dubai”. Last year’s subjects were:  «Study of personal mobile TV» and «Banking consumer methods and growth opportunities on the Euro-Mediterranean market»;
- Ineum Consulting is also involved in the educational field, especially in the Sustainable Development MS and Strategic Management MS.

Partnership with ESSEC
Ineum Consulting nurtures a privileged connection with ESSEC, through various activities:
- Education: Ineum Consulting has given different courses on health, management control and CRM;
- Sponsoring of the “Marketing of Sports” Chair, and annual study with students dealing with sport environment. (example given: «How UEFA can utilise its media power to support its corporate and social missions», which was presented at the UEFA head office)
- Participation to acceptance jury
- Ineum Consulting has welcomed a group of 1st year student in the frame of their Cross-curricular Enterprise Project. This year’s theme: “Can Sustainable Finance benefit from the current financial turmoil to become an alternative model to the liberal capitalism?”
- Case study workshop: ESSEC students were invited to participate in a half-day session at Ineum Consulting offices to introduce them to the consulting business areas through the use of case studies.


At Ineum Consulting, we strive to develop learning. Thirteen ESSEC interns were selected to participate in this recruiting session. After three interviews, four internship offers were ultimately made.
