Recruiting – first contact with your future employer

During the recruiting process, you will meet managers, senior managers and associates who will evaluate your potential as a future consultant with our firm. It will also be an opportunity for you to form your own opinion about our strategy, values, working environment, etc. The recruiting interview at Ineum Consulting is above all an interactive exercise!

- A recruitment process called “Carrousel”, dedicated to junior candidates, centralizing a presentation of the company, two interviews (including a conversation in English) and two business cases on one day. An answer will be given to the candidates within two weeks. A third interview is set the week after between the remaining candidates and a partner.

- A recruitment process for confirmed candidates, set as series of interviews during a month.

The purpose of the first interview is to find out your experience and motivations, but also to introduce you to our firm. Subsequent interviews will go deeper to assess your skills as a future consultant: understanding your direction, sharing your internship or employment experiences, discovering your artistic or sporting talents… Case studies test your reasoning abilities, pragmatism and creativity in solving business case or market sizing issues.
Finally, the final interview with an associate summarises the process, answers any final questions you may have and establishes the conditions for future cooperation.
