Ineum Consulting commits to with Momentum
Momentum is the company project of Ineum Consulting. It was launched in October 2007, four years after the creation of Ineum Consulting France, to support the ambition of a development and positioning of the company by a visible dynamics of the interior. It is a project for and by all, within which each collaborator who wishes it can take part and can be an actor of the project. Thus, can also be an actor of the evolution of our company.
Momentum gathers six initiatives around the topics of innovation, notoriety, employee lifecycle, international development, life at work, and sustainable development.
Among these initiatives, many projects were launched, among which were the following actions:

Powerday :
The Powerday occurs one day per year and instead of a usual day's work, during which all Ineum Consulting's employees work with associative projects, within fields of social projects, with the environment, the patronage of competence, etc. The Powerday is 1000 employees mobilized around 40 projects in 5 countries.
Care :
The Moment project Care aims to implement an approach of sustainable development within Ineum Consulting. This, in turn, by three main axes: to take part in the fight against climate warming, to reduce the ecological printing of the company and to improve the social responsibility for Ineum Consulting. Within the framework of this approach, Ineum Consulting joined the Workshops of Earth, international forum for sustainable development, as well as The Environment and Sustainability Forum (SEMD).
Vista :

Vista gathers all the projects having to do with the daily life within the company. We particularly suggest that you take part in sporting events, sailing, running or football. For example, the project Vista Sailing already made it possible for many employees to take part in famous regattas (Spi Ouest France, Grand Prix du Crouesty…) or to take up sailing through a cruise in Brittany.
