Your integration is our concern

Your integration is our primary concern. We want to share our values with you, and then help you to discover our organisation and methods. From the moment you arrive, we offer many opportunities for involvement at various levels in our organisation, both within your group and across the firm.

On your first day, you will take part in an orientation session and assigned to a consultant who will serve as your coach during the course of your early days with the firm.
There is nothing like concrete hands-on experience to get fully integrated into a firm. Given this, on day two after your arrival, you will be on assignment with one of our project teams.

Life at Ineum Consulting is not restricted to assignments! Evening events are organised regularly to give you opportunities to get to know your colleagues. An annual team-building weekend is a great opportunity to relax with the members of your group in a green, natural setting. With the Momentum corporate project, you can also participate in a football match pitting Ineum Consulting against one of its competitors, learn how to sail... or contribute to civic initiatives on our solidarity day.

Junior Employees: a program dedicated to Interns and Business Analysts

A specific program has been developed for interns and business analysts. Its goal is to offer our junior employees an access to all our business lines, as well as a dedicated training platform.

This program’s goal is to:

• Guarantee the acquisition of all the consulting skills required to become a consultant
• Offer our employees various experiences, giving them the chance to discover all our sectors and functions.
• Promote internal moves between Groups

Consultant - a changing position

By definition, the position of consultant is one of change. At Ineum Consulting, a multidisciplinary firm, we are faced with a wide variety of requests from our clients: an environment that offers real opportunities to further your career.
Your career as a consultant with Ineum Consulting allows you to start as an analyst/junior consultant, and then move on to the position of consultant, senior consultant, manager and senior manager.

As a recent graduate, you will join us in our talent incubator. Formalisation, with an analytical mind and a global approach: this position will allow you to acquire the foundations that are crucial to our business. In less than two years you will become a consultant in one of our business lines (sector or function). You will enjoy increasing independence and will become a key contact person for clients. These two phases, an integral part of growth, comprise the necessary springboard to the position of senior consultant. This is when you will confirm your specialisation in a field based on your experience and likes. You will become a driving force for our clients as well as internally… and will also have the opportunity to hold supervisory positions.

Have you always dreamed of managing a complex project from A to Z? Then our manager position is for you! You juggle the organisation, supervision and coordination of a wide range of expertise. A position that is as demanding as it is stimulating! You will then become a senior manager where you will work on business development functions with our clients. In addition to successfully directing several projects simultaneously, you will be in charge of developing new skills and promoting them to our markets.

To assist you throughout your career at Ineum Consulting, you can count on your counsellor who is an experienced manager and will assist you throughout your career. He or she will guide you in making choices, will regularly monitor your progress and help you should you experience any difficulties. You can contact your counsellor whenever needed and he or she will always keep an eye on your career.
Your career is in good hands with us: annual roadmap, regular bi-directional discussions with your managers, performance reviews and interviews with more experienced employees are there to guide and help you, and ensure that your expectations are met.

By joining us you will grow in both a French and international environment; therefore, proficiency in English is a must. In the last three years we have opened offices in Australia, Belgium, the U.S.A., Luxembourg, Maghreb, the Netherlands, the U.K. and Switzerland.

This ambitious project is a promising dynamics factor for all our partners and consultants, both in terms of assignments and the launch of on-site business operations.
